FareWorth FAQs
Practical answers for accounts, the phone app and support requests.
Account and website
How do I contact support if I cannot sign in?
Use the public form on the Support page and provide a reply email.
Creating a support ticket does not require account access.
Keep the FareWorth ticket reference shown after submission.
Can a support ticket create an account or grant access?
No. A support ticket cannot create an account, grant access or change account authority.
Account access remains protected by FareWorth identity and account controls.
Choose Account access in the support form to describe the problem.
How do I request privacy help or account deletion?
Use the FareWorth privacy process rather than a normal support ticket.
Privacy and deletion requests require a verified, purpose-specific process.
Open the Privacy page for the current contact and verification route.

Does FareWorth need the cloud while I am driving?
No. Live offer analysis is designed to continue locally without cloud access.
Cloud services are outside FareWorth's live offer-analysis path.
Create an App or capture ticket if local capture is not behaving as expected.
What information helps with an app or capture problem?
Report the problem as soon as practical. When you open Help → Report a problem, FareWorth prepares privacy-filtered diagnostics covering the previous 60 minutes.
The window is frozen when Report a problem is opened, so waiting more than an hour after an incident may mean relevant evidence is no longer in the diagnostic window. The snapshot excludes passenger names, pickup and destination addresses, GPS or location data, screenshots, raw OCR, passwords, security codes, tokens and credentials.
Open Report a problem promptly, then separately type a short description. Your typed description is not included inside the technical diagnostic payload.
Can I attach a screenshot to a support ticket?
Not in the first support-ticket version.
The initial intake accepts a category, subject, message and limited technical context only.
Describe the visible problem in text and leave out passenger information.
Getting help
What happens after I submit a support request?
FareWorth saves one ticket and immediately shows a reference beginning FW-SUP-.
FareWorth Support can locate the ticket using that reference. The reference is not a password or authentication token.
Keep the reference. For an authenticated Android report, FareWorth uses the verified email on your FareWorth account for support follow-up.
What should I leave out of a support message?
Do not include passwords, security codes, access tokens or passenger information.
FareWorth support does not need those details to handle a ticket.
Use a short description of what happened and any non-secret technical context.
How will FareWorth reply?
FareWorth Support follows up manually. For an authenticated Android report, the reply goes to the verified email on your FareWorth account.
The FW-SUP reference lets Support locate the ticket and is not a password or authentication token.
Keep the reference. If email delivery is a problem, contact support@fareworth.app and include it.
