Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using the FareWorth Website, Android application or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FareWorth.
The FareWorth service
FareWorth is driver decision-support software. It assists drivers in evaluating opportunities and understanding their own activity and economics using information available at the time.
FareWorth does not automatically accept or reject driving offers. You remain responsible for every driving decision. FareWorth does not guarantee earnings, profitability, offer or trip availability, or compatibility with any market, device, service or platform.
Third-party services
FareWorth is independent of third-party driver and platform services. Those services have their own terms, rules and availability, which you remain responsible for following. References to a third party do not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership.
Eligibility and accounts
You must use FareWorth lawfully and provide accurate account information. Access may depend on currently supported market, platform, device and product eligibility. Registration, a public-interest submission, waitlist status, distribution eligibility or product access status does not itself guarantee product access.
Limited availability
FareWorth may operate through controlled or limited releases. Features, supported markets, supported platforms and availability may change, and functionality may be interrupted, suspended or withdrawn. An unsupported market or platform is not a promise of future availability.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans may be offered through the FareWorth Website. If a paid plan is offered, its applicable price, billing interval, taxes and material purchase terms will be shown before you subscribe. These Terms do not activate a paid plan or live charging.
No charge arises merely from registration, demand capture, joining a waitlist, or receiving or holding distribution eligibility or product access status. A recurring subscription, when offered and expressly purchased, may renew until cancelled using the cancellation method provided with the applicable billing terms. Cancellation stops future renewal in accordance with those presented terms.
Refunds are subject to applicable law and any refund terms expressly presented at purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Supported access and charging boundary
FareWorth does not charge a user for unsupported product access. An account, registration, request or payment state does not make an unsupported market, platform, device or product eligible and does not promise access.
User responsibility and safe driving
You remain responsible for road safety, legal compliance, safe device interaction, third-party platform and driver obligations, and every decision to accept or reject an offer. Do not interact with FareWorth in a way that distracts you or makes driving unsafe.
Acceptable use
You must not use FareWorth unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, to invade security or privacy, to interfere with or disrupt the service, or to help another person do so. You must not use FareWorth to collect or disclose driver or passenger information that you are not lawfully entitled to process.
Intellectual property
FareWorth software, service content, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for your personal driving activity. FareWorth does not claim ownership of third-party marks or third-party data.
Privacy
The handling of personal information is described in the FareWorth Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
FareWorth may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, security reasons, abuse, lawful requirements or withdrawal of the service. Suspension or termination does not override applicable privacy or deletion rights or mandatory consumer rights.
Disclaimers
FareWorth provides decision support, not a guarantee of earnings, profit, trip or offer availability, market availability or third-party-platform availability. Outputs may depend on information available at the time and may be incomplete, delayed or affected by changes outside FareWorth's control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FareWorth is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or excludes mandatory legal or consumer rights.
Changes to these Terms
FareWorth may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will use a new effective date, with appropriate notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect is subject to the updated Terms and any rights provided by applicable law.
